Appraisal
There may be several reasons why you need a valuation report, an appraisal. A common situation is that you have purchased a new house and the mortgage provider requires a valuation report, an appraisal, from an independent appraiser? I'm happy to help you out. - Are you going to finance a renovation of your home by increasing the mortgage amount?
- Is the relationship being ended, is there a divorce?
- Has the value of your home increased and do you therefore qualify for a lower mortgage interest rate?
Than it is wise and often necessary for the parties involved to provide clarity. You do this with a (validated) valuation report / appraisal from an appraiser registered in the NRVT. The NRVT stands for the Dutch Register of Real Estate Appraisers Foundation and monitors and guarantees the quality and professional competence of Registered Appraisers. I therefore work in accordance with the code of conduct and professional rules and international and European valuation standards (EVS).
The application of expertise, independence, objectivity and integrity ensures that as an appraiser I can act in the public interest.
As a Registered Appraiser, Konings Makelaardij & Taxaties is registered and authorized to prepare a (validated) valuation report within a radius of 20 kilometers around the branch.
